• Administrative support in Finance Dept: Performing general duties such as filing, printing, and managing correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Audit and compliance: Assisting with internal and external audits and ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mandarin language skill is an added advantage.
