• To manage Full set Accounts, Accounts Receivable and Payable of the organization.
• To ensure payment made according to terms.
• To assist in ensuring timely progress billings, collections, reports and documentations.
• To key data into the accounting system; updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
• Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.
• Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Able to liaise and coordinate with Auditor for all financial reporting and tax/statutory regulations.
• To actively contribute in data entry for monthly stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc task as and when required.
