Account Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a full set of accounts, including AP & AR and perform month‑end, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities within the given timeline.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day account operations such as processing transactions, issuing cheques, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Handle data entry and be responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
• Process monthly billing claims and payments.
• Coordinate and liaise with related departments on accounting matters.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Perform checking & posting on inter‑company billing transactions & reconciliation.
• Maintain an organised & proper filing system.
• Assist ad‑hoc assignments and other related tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent or Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA, MICA, ICAEW or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience from audit/tax background is highly desired.
• Working experience with a property developer/construction company will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications will be preferred.
