Job summary

TJH Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Gelugor, Penang, is seeking an accounts assistant to support monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting commitments for assigned clients. You will prepare a full set of accounts, post journal entries and liaise with clients to obtain required information.

Fresh graduates or school leavers with a positive attitude and good English and Mandarin language skills are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates or school leavers with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential; Mandarin fluency is preferred for client interactions.

Responsibilities

To perform accounting for assigned clients on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
To prepare a full set of accounts.
To prepare journal entries and posting.
To liaise with clients to get accounting information.
To liaise with Auditors and Tax Agents.

Requirements

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients
