Job summary

WARISAN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for an Account Assistant to join our growing team. You will prepare full sets of accounts in UBS Account and assist in monthly and yearly closings, while preparing management and financial reports.

The role also covers daily financial activities; training and guidance will be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Knowledge of UBS, SQL Accounting, MYOB or AutoCount is an advantage.

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions:

• To prepare full sets of accounts in accounting system (UBS Account)
• Assist in monthly/yearly account closing
• To prepare accounting management and financial report
• Assist in daily & ad-hoc finance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification. Only candidates with an accounting background will be considered.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
