About the role

Our company is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team in Melaka. This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the finance department.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payable transactions.
• Assisting with the preparation of invoice mapping with Purchase Orders.
• Processing data input to SQL purchasing modules.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software SQL and MS Office suite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
