Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Document Controller for ACC (Industrial & Science) in Penang. You will manage project documentation, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate distribution of drawings, RFIs, and registers across internal teams and external vendors.

This role requires ACC knowledge and strong MS Office skills. The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in documentation, maintain template standards, and help implement improved document management processes while

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation systems.
• Follow company and client document templates.
• Set up project folders and allocate document/drawing numbers.
• Liaise with project team and external parties on doc delivery.
• Assist PM with documentation of instructions and vendor communications.
• Process and control all document types daily with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality documentation such as drawings, RFIs, and registers are maintained.
• File documents in physical and digital records with proper storage.
• Communicate changes to document control procedures with the team.
• Assist in implementing new document management systems and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
