Turner & Townsend in Penang is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support ACC projects in industrial and science sectors. You will manage project folders, templates, registries, and document numbering, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Collaborating with the project team and external parties, you will maintain quality records, uphold confidentiality, and help implement improved document management processes across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience as document controller, preferably with experience dealing with large scale of projects for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.
• AUTODESK Construction Cloud (ACC) system knowledge is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Set up project folders, manage registries, and allocate document/drawing numbers.
• Liaise with project team and external parties to distribute information.
• Process and control all document types daily with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain quality documentation including drawings, RFIs, and registers.
