Job summary

Better Together Early Intervention Center in Iskandar Puteri, Johor seeks a full-time Behavioral Therapist/ABA Therapist to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with special needs, helping them build essential life skills in a supportive setting.

You will collaborate with families and educators, document progress, and adjust treatment plans while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Needs Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in education field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to engage with children.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based interventions to address behavioural, social, communication, and adaptive skill deficits according to client's IEP.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Document client progress, collecting data, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for clients.
