You will collaborate with families and educators, document progress, and adjust treatment plans while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Needs Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in education field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to engage with children.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

About the role

Better Together Early Intervention Center is seeking a full-time Behavioral Therapist/ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with special needs, helping them develop essential life skills and reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

Implementing ABA-based interventions and strategies to address behavioural, social, communication, and adaptive skill deficits according to client's IEP.

Collaborating with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client care

Documenting client progress, collecting data, and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities

Maintaining a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for clients

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Needs Education or a related field

Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in education field
