Job summary

Hartamas Asset Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated M&E facilities professional to oversee the upgrade and maintenance of building M&E services. The role involves close collaboration with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner and sub-committees to achieve project objectives, while monitoring daily operations in line with company policies.

You will address owners’ and occupants’ feedback, liaise with authorities and utilities, and ensure timely, professional responses.

Responsibilities

• a) Working closely with the Developer/Management Committee/Owner of the assigned building, and the various sub-committees in particular, to achieve the objective of upgrading and maintaining the building’s M&E services in the building.
• b) Monitoring the day-to-day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Company.
• c) Attending to owners’ and occupants’ feedback, the authorities and utilities company’s matters and answering all enquiries professionally, tactfully within the acceptable timeline;
• d) Overseeing and leading all M&E staff employed in the building.
