Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee the full HR spectrum across the franchise network. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and regulatory compliance, while shaping compensation, benefits, and incentive structures to boost performance and retention.

You will lead talent acquisition for outlets and HQ, champion training, and handle employee relations and policy development, ensuring operations align with labour laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.
• Proven experience in designing and administering incentive structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS platforms.
