Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for a Vegetarian & Halal Bakery & Pastry OEM Manufacturer in Malaysia. You will drive recruitment, payroll, policies and employee relations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with Malaysian law and fostering a engaged workforce.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR Management and at least 8 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing or food industries, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/food industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Experience handling foreign workers and manpower planning will be an advantage.
