Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee HR across our Malaysia-based dessert and beverage franchise. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and statutory compliance to support rapid growth across outlets and the HQ.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in HR, including 3 years in management, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices and payroll systems.
• Proven experience designing and administering incentive structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full HR spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal cycles, employee engagement activities, staff insurance and claims.
• Design and manage employee incentive structures to support performance and retention.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to meet operational needs across outlets and HQ.
• Drive training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
• Ensure HR operations comply with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
