About the Role

What We’re Looking For

  • Candidates must be based in Mexico. Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.

Note: This role requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. While we are open to candidates from outside the EST time zone, please be prepared to adjust your working hours to align with EST for seamless collaboration. The position is fully remote with a results-driven culture.

First Period Expectations
  • First 30 Days: Get acquainted with our development process, codebase, coding standards, and tools; participate in team meetings; complete small tasks or bug fixes to demonstrate coding ability.
  • First 60 Days: Become more independent; take on more complex assignments; improve troubleshooting; adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews; collaborate with the team.
  • First 90 Days: Meet project deadlines; continue learning and adopting new technologies; identify process improvements and contribute to team success.

  • Candidates selected for this position will be hired by Varicent’s designated professional employer organization. Employment may transfer to a local Varicent entity in the future, with seniority and benefits recognized where applicable.
