As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will be a key player in driving our clients’ success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. You’ll take on advanced prospecting responsibilities, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and help guide prospects through the funnel. As a senior member of the SDR team, you’ll also mentor junior SDRs and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.
