Job summary

MezTal is seeking a highly organized Media Coordinator to support our media buying team in day-to-day execution and operational maintenance of campaigns. This role offers exposure to creator advertising within a fast-growing ecosystem and collaboration across marketing, vendor relations, and internal systems.

You will help maintain campaign data quality, manage RFP materials, and ensure processes run smoothly from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar coordination, media, or data operations role.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; Word and Docs.
• Experience with Salesforce or other media systems is a plus.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Input campaign details into buying system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Populate media plans with data such as show descriptions, demographics, host names, and sponsor details.
• Monitor campaign delivery and liaise with network partners for pacing updates.
• Track and submit media actualization data and flag issues with solutions.
• Coordinate outbound communications for RFPs and organize incoming materials.
• Conduct brand safety checks on prospective placements and flag concerns.
• Ensure professional vendor communications and meet internal timelines.
