Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, project coordination, campaign operations, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support campaign production across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and future communication channels.
• Assist with campaign setup and production activities within marketing platforms.
• Prepare campaigns for quality assurance and deployment.
• Coordinate campaign assets, creative files, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain campaign calendars and production schedules.
• Assist with operational coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
• Quality Assurance: perform QA reviews for customer communications.
• Documentation & Process Management: maintain campaign documentation and SOPs.
