Capgemini Mexico is seeking an XDR Engineer to deliver services for our security operations center, focusing on endpoint detection and response capabilities. You will be part of a team that manages vulnerability, compliance, and patch management services.

You will operate and maintain security platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and create monthly reports while communicating with client stakeholders. This role requires 3-5 years in Operational Security, strong networking knowledge, and

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in Operational Security with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Solid understanding of networking and general IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
• Automation experience using Python and strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoint systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong analytical mindset.
