CBRE BOE Enterprise is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to lead a positive office environment, act as a cultural ambassador, and deliver hospitality services for clients. You will coordinate services, greet staff and visitors, and ensure smooth operations with vendors, while maintaining security and emergency protocols.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration, full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong customer service

• Solid customer service experience and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support delivery of Workplace Services.
• Greet employees and announce clients and visitors.
• Submit and track janitorial/maintenance work orders with relevant partners.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints with accurate information.
• Follow security and emergency procedures for the property.
• Support Experience Services including meeting coordination and expense management.
• Maintain vendor insurance proofs and contract documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

About the role:

• As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of delivering a positive office experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader.
• This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional workplace environments and hospitality services for clients.

What you will do:

• Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services.
• Greets employees and announces clients and visitors
• Maintains awareness of the workspace. Submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed and/or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues. Responds to customers of behalf of other team members (e.g. Facilities or Janitorial Team).
• Responds to customer requests and complaints promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific request
• Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
• Provides support for Experience Services team as directed, including expense management, meeting coordination, equipment care, and supply management
• Maintains records of vendor proof of insurance and contractual documentation in place, per requirements.
• Collaborates with vendors employees who provide services and goods.
• Other tasks can be assigned.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor´s degree- Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Customer Service
• Responds to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
