Accenture México is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and expand expertise in WorkForce Software Time & Attendance. You will configure, test, and support Time & Attendance solutions, and collaborate across functions to deliver robust, scalable workforce management capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment activities, with opportunities to learn new technologies and contribute to impactful business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, HR, or related field.
• Experience with WorkForce Software Time & Attendance or similar workforce management solutions.
• Experience supporting software configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, build, test, and support WorkForce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
• Develop and implement system enhancements to improve functionality.
• Leverage platform configuration to deliver efficient business solutions.
• Support deployments and production releases, including planning and testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support to ensure system stability and performance.
