Infor Consulting Services in Mexico City seeks a Techno-Functional Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support critical customer accounts across the Americas. You will deliver expert application support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization while collaborating with Product Development, R&D, Cloud Operations, and Global Support.

Formación

• Experience supporting Infor WFM or similar solutions.
• Functional expertise in Time & Attendance and MVS.
• Experience in customer-facing support environments.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve customer support requests related to Infor Workforce Management solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze and interpret client requirements, drafting functional/technical programming specifications as required.
• Configure, analyze, and support Workforce Management modules including Time & Attendance and MVS.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions utilizing Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and Cognos reporting tools.
• Partner with internal teams across Development, R&D, Cloud Operations, and Professional Services to address complex customer challenges.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve application stability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.
