A growing law firm in Mexico is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation files. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing case progress, maintaining client communication, and filing necessary documents. The firm offers a full-time position with additional benefits such as an internet subsidy for remote work and paid time off.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a high-volume caseload? Our growing law firm is looking for a Case Manager to handle 150–200 workers’ compensation files and oversee each case from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage day-to-day progress on a full caseload (150–200 files)
2. Maintain continuous communication with clients
3. Draft and send letters to clients, opposing parties, and the court using Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Prepare and file documents in EAMS (DORs, C&Rs, Stips, exhibits, etc.)
5. Request and follow up on medical records from providers
6. Calendar hearings and deadlines for attorneys
7. Maintain and update case files in Meruscase (preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in workers’ compensation law or legal case management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and case management systems
• Familiarity with EAMS filing procedures
• Highly organized and able to manage a large caseload independently
• Experience with Meruscase is a strong plus
