Un bufete de abogados de inmigración en México busca un Administrador de Casos dedicado y detallista. En esta emocionante posición, serás el punto de contacto principal para los clientes, guiándolos a través de procesos legales complejos, especialmente en casos de visas humanitarias. Ofrecerás apoyo, recopilarás información y documentación, y asegurarás la preparación precisa de los casos. Formación

  • Experiencia en casos de inmigración y visas humanitarias es preferida.
  • Habilidades tecnológicas y disposición para aprender nuevas herramientas.

Responsabilidades

  • Actuar como enlace principal entre los clientes y el bufete.
  • Asistir a los clientes en la preparación de formularios de inmigración.

Descripción del empleo

Job Title: Case Manager

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (may include Saturdays)

Compensation: $20,000 – $30,000 MXN per month, based on experience

De la Rosa Law Group is a U.S. immigration law firm with operations in Mexico, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex immigration processes—particularly in humanitarian visa cases. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team in Lomas de Chapultepec.

Position Overview:

Case Managers serve as the main point of contact for clients once a case is opened. They play a key role in guiding clients through the legal process by offering support, collecting information and documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the firm once their case has been opened
  • Assist clients in completing immigration forms and gathering supporting documentation
  • Collect evidence and prepare case files in collaboration with the legal team
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case records using the firm’s internal systems
  • Provide updates to clients on case status and next steps
  • Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Offer compassionate support to clients navigating stressful and sensitive legal matters

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a law firm, ideally specializing in U.S. immigration and humanitarian visa cases (e.g. VAWA, T Visa, U visa)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused demeanor
