PwC México is seeking a Workday - Manager to guide clients through Workday implementations and optimizations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will lead projects, manage client expectations, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and governance across engagements.

Strong leadership, deep Workday experience, and English proficiency are required to effectively drive transformation for a diverse client portfolio across geographies.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience of Workday product experience
• At least one of the following: a Workday Pro certification
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Leading Workday consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations
• Utilizing technical proficiency in enterprise software and systems project management to enhance client solutions
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business process challenges
• Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Workday solutions to optimize business performance
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Workday consulting teams
• Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday frameworks
• Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improving client service delivery
