Accenture México is seeking a Workday Learning Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Workday Learning LMS within the HCM ecosystem. The role serves as the technical and functional expert for the Learning module.

Based in Mexico City with a hybrid model, the candidate will handle system administration, course management, reporting, and end-user support to deliver an effective learning experience across the organization.

Formación

• Workday Learning certification and 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Learning administration, configuration, and reporting are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LMS best practices, instructional design concepts, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in building reports and data analysis.

• System Administration & Configuration: Administering the Workday Learning system, including user administration, security settings, and global configurations.
• Content & Program Management: Configuring and managing the entire learning catalog, including courses, lessons, and multi-part programs.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to monitor training progress, completion rates, and system usage.
• User Support & Training: Troubleshooting issues for end-users and managers and creating user-friendly resources to ensure adoption.

Workday Learning Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Workday Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver a seamless and effective learning experience across the organization. This role functions as the primary technical and functional expert for the Workday Learning module within the broader HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Configuration

• Maintenance: Administering the Workday Learning system, including user administration, security settings, and global configurations.
• Integrations: Ensuring smooth and accurate data flow between Workday Learning and other Workday modules (like HCM) or external HR systems.
• Updates: Staying current with Workday releases, testing new features, and implementing required system enhancements to optimize the learning experience.
• Data Integrity: Conducting regular system audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Content & Program Management

• Course Management: Configuring and managing the entire learning catalog, including creating, editing, and updating courses, lessons, and multi-part learning programs.
• Deployment: Managing learning assignments, prerequisites, equivalencies, and enrollment, often using automated Learning Campaigns to target specific employee groups.
• Logistics: For instructor-led training (ILT) or blended courses, managing offerings, scheduling, waitlists, and instructor assignments.

Reporting & Analytics

• Data Analysis: Generating reports and developing dashboards (using Workday Report Writer) to monitor training progress, completion rates, and system usage.
• Effectiveness Measurement: Analyzing LMS data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide actionable insights to Learning & Development (L&D) stakeholders.

User Support & Training

• Troubleshooting: Acting as the primary point of contact for end-users and managers, troubleshooting issues related to enrollment, course access, completion tracking, and system errors.
• Support & Documentation: Providing technical assistance and developing user-friendly resources (e.g., how-to guides) to ensure successful system adoption.

Required Skills

• Technical Workday Learning certification and 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Learning administration, configuration, and reporting are strongly preferred.
• Functional Strong knowledge of general LMS best practices, instructional design principles, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in building reports and analyzing data.
• Soft Skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities for collaborating with stakeholders and supporting end-users.

Preferred

• Workday Pro or other Workday-specific certifications related or HCM modules.

Important

This position is based in Mexico City under a hybrid model and requires on-site presence at the client’s location in the Polanco area 3 days per week.
