PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Workday HCM/Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement HCM software solutions, and deliver training and support for seamless Workday adoption. You will build client connections, manage teams, and navigate complex HR projects within a dynamic, global PwC environment.

As a Senior Associate, you will deepen your Workday expertise, contribute to client success across multiple geographies, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and talent

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday product experience.
• Workday certification preferred (Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, etc.).
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Workday HCM/Benefits - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday human capital management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your skills within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Application Evolution Services - Workday. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

• Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
• Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
• Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
• Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
• Navigating complex situations to anticipate the needs of teams and clients
• Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
• Leveraging digital tooling and AI-human collaboration to drive innovative solutionsConducting workforce analytics to support strategic human resource planning and decision-making
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
• Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification preferably Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Time Tracking, Paradox, HCM/Payroll Data Loading, PEAKON, Project Management, or Engagement Management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
