PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Workday HCM - Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement Workday solutions, and train users for seamless integration. You will contribute to the Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping clients optimize efficiency and achieve strategic objectives while growing your technical and leadership skills.

You'll build client relationships, guide project delivery, and develop training materials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday product experience.
• Current pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a Workday HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience of Workday product experience
• Current pursuit of or an a Workday Pro certification
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
• Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations
