Formación

• 2+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and Payroll, preferably for the Mexico region.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll practices, tax requirements, and labor cost structures.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or hourly workforce.

• Maintain and support Workday Payroll configurations for the Mexico region.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican payroll and labor regulations.
