Formación

As an Acceleration Center - Full Stack Developer - Senior Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that contributes to the success of our firm.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. • Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software releases
• Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain coding standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 6 years of experience
