PwC Acceleration Centers in Mexico is seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end Workday HCM programs, partnering with clients and leading multidisciplinary teams while upholding PwC’s delivery methodology and quality standards.

You will oversee design, integrations, data migration, testing, and change management, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction across projects. The role requires strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations in a consulting environment.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HCM plus modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting).
• Proven delivery leadership: project planning, status reporting, RAID management, stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and reporting; data migration exposure.
• Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills; ability to lead workshops and drive decisions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle Workday HCM projects (plan, design, build, test, deploy, hypercare) with scope, schedule, budget, and risk accountability
• Facilitate design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
• Oversee configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing strategy, cutover planning, and change management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (HCM, Integrations, Security, Reporting) and manage client stakeholders and steering committees
• Drive quality assurance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement; enforce PwC delivery standards and controls
• Mentor and develop junior team members; contribute to knowledge assets and accelerators
• Support pre-sales activities (estimation, solutions, proposals, demos) as needed

Job Title: Workday HCM Delivery Lead – PwC

About the role We are seeking a Workday HCM Delivery Lead to join PwC’s Consulting team. You will lead end-to-end Workday HCM programs, partnering with clients to deliver high-quality, business outcomes while guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring adherence to PwC’s delivery methodology and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Preferred

• Current Workday certifications (Core HCM and relevant modules)
• Experience in global/multi-country deployments and HCM security
• Exposure to Workday Reporting/PRISM, Extend, or Adaptive Planning
• Project management credentials (PMP, Scrum Master) or Agile delivery experience
• Prior experience with a Big Four or global consulting firm
