Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks personnel to support front-end manufacturing operations in our Aguascalientes facility. You will prepare wafers and semi-products, monitor stock, and ensure processing aligns with specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include basic machine setup and CNC programming when needed, collaboration with maintenance, and reporting any issues while strictly following EHS rules and work instructions.

Formación

• Experience in front-end manufacturing operations.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Willingness to cooperate with maintenance and service providers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related stock.
• Process components per specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and / or SPS programming when required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians or external providers for repairs.
• Report any failures or malfunctions to supervisors and follow EHS rules.
