Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, seeks a manufacturing professional to ensure compliance with production plans and achieve on‑time line outputs.

You will follow safety rules and internal instructions, support budgeting for the unit, supervise front‑end processes, prepare wafers and components, process to specifications, and perform basic machine setup or CNC/SPS programming if required, coordinating with maintenance as needed.

Formación

• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
• Follows internal work instructions and safety regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Participates in ensuring production plans and line outputs meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures compliance with production plans and production line outputs.
• Plans or contributes to the unit's budget and manages resources.
• Executes, supervises or manages manufacturing front-end processes.
• Prepares wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related stock.
• Processes components or semi-products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performs basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming if required.
• Cooperates with maintenance technicians and external service providers as needed.
