Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing professional to oversee and execute front-end production tasks in our Chihuahua facility. The role focuses on aligning with production plans, ensuring on-time output, and maintaining quality.

You will prepare wafers and components, perform basic machine setups and cooperate with maintenance teams, while strictly following EHS rules and internal work instructions.

Formación

• Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned.
• Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes as assigned, according to specified procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
