Vishay Intertechnology in Mexico is seeking to optimize production lines, ensuring compliance with plans and safety rules while coordinating with maintenance teams. The role involves preparing wafers and components, performing basic machine setups, and monitoring stock to meet quality standards.

You will contribute to the unit budget and collaborate across teams to keep manufacturing costs aligned with plans, while adhering to EHS regulations and reporting any issues to supervision.

Formación

• Executes tasks as ordered or explained.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations for the assigned task(s).
• Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to supervisor.
• Cooperates with maintenance technicians and external service providers in repair issues.

Responsabilidades

• Plan or contribute to unit's budget and allocate resources.
• Keep production plans and line outputs efficient.
• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi-products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine-related setup and CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Obey safety rules and internal work instructions.
