Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks an on-site manufacturing specialist to ensure production plans are followed and line outputs are efficient. You will support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control while adhering to EHS rules.

The role includes front-end process execution, helping prepare wafers and components, and performing basic machine setup and programming as required. Collaboration with maintenance and service providers is essential.

Formación

• Ensures adherence to internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Plans or contributes to unit budget, allocates resources and keeps manufacturing cost as planned.
• Executes, supervises or manages manufacturing front-end processes according to procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi-products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and SPS/CNC programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers in repair issues; follow EHS rules.
