Schlumberger Limited in Mexico City is seeking an IT infrastructure engineer to provide L1/L2 support for wellsite infrastructure and digital drilling applications. You will help deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot EDGE devices and related systems.

The role requires strong networking skills with LAN/WAN, VPNs and industrial protocols, plus CCNA certification. You will collaborate with global teams in a 24/7 environment and document operations thoroughly.

Formación

CCNA certification is required.
Experience: 3–10 years in networking, infrastructure support, systems administration, or technical operations environments.
Experience providing L1/L2 technical support.

Responsabilidades

Provide L1/L2 support for wellsite infrastructure and digital drilling applications.
Support deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDGE devices and related systems.
Configure and maintain network connectivity including VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and IP addressing.
Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces such as WITSML, OPC-UA, Modbus TCP, and related protocols.
Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, and documentation via ServiceNow.
Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, product, and field operations teams for service continuity.
Participate in rig onboarding, deployment readiness activities, and infrastructure support projects.
Maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
