SLB seeks a technical support engineer for Digital Drilling Solutions in Mexico City. You will deliver remote and onsite support, train users, manage Level 1 incidents, and prepare operational reports while coordinating with global engineering teams.

Required are 3–10 years in drilling operations or related fields, plus a background in drilling software and data analysis. Excellent English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience with drilling software and real-time operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Digital Drilling Solutions, including remote/onsite assistance and incident management.
• Prepare and validate reports and deliverables, and maintain operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with engineering teams for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Participate in customer meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data management, quality, and standards.
