Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Digital Content Intmd Analyst to support the creation, curation, and optimization of content across channels.

You will work with internal partners to ensure content supports business objectives, manages the content calendar, and improves engagement while maintaining brand compliance. You will track analytics, assist with paid media efforts, and collaborate with agencies to distribute content to targeted audiences.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, writing/editing, and related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with CMS (AEM preferred) and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal content partners to meet KPIs.
• Create content and manage the content calendar.
• Support content amplification and distribution.
• Ensure content compliance with reviews.
• Recommend content and SEO improvements with agencies.
• Track analytics and optimize to meet KPIs.
• Support partnership pilots and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Build media plans with agency partners for targeted distribution.
• Support consumer strategy and pilots with global teams.
• Utilize paid channels to align with content topics.
• Understand and manage quarterly paid media budgets.
• Build targeted audience profiles aligned with Citi content.
• Manage retargeting to reach existing Citi customers.
• Demonstrate ROI and justify ongoing content investment.
• Partner with vendors to produce content aligned with Citi goals.
• Work cross-functionally to develop partnership agreements.
