Job summary

Citigroup seeks an intermediate Digital Design Engineer Intmd Analyst to join our Technology team in Mexico City. The role blends architecture design with hands-on delivery, focusing on creating user-centered digital experiences and scalable cloud-native solutions.

You will coordinate with researchers and stakeholders, oversee design specs, and contribute to cross-functional delivery while maintaining compliance and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
• Experience delivering with an agile methodology
• Experience in affecting large culture change
• Experience leading infrastructure programs
• Skilled at working with third party service providers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling and various creative elements around innovation opportunities
• Identifies, understands and represents the customer's needs in the development of products, channels, and new opportunities for the company
• Understand the business objectives, user needs, and UX goal scopes
• Create system and application concepts by defining IA, design patterns and paradigms, task flows, wireframes and mockups, and specs
• Incorporate technical and business requirements to create intuitive user-centered solutions
• Assist researchers in understanding findings and incorporate learnings into design
• Familiarize with ADA fundamentals to incorporate into designs
• Keep up to date on current design tools and trends
• Review developer progress to ensure conformity with the design spec
• Work with prototype developers, or prototype yourself, for rapid deployment
• Support your team in ways that may not be outlined in daily job duties
