Paystand in Mexico is seeking a Web Experience Lead to own the marketing website as a strategic digital product and growth platform. You will set the web strategy and roadmap, improve discovery and engagement, and ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability.

This senior IC will partner with marketing, design, product, and agencies, apply AI-driven techniques, and balance customer needs with business goals while maintaining quality and maintainability.

Formación

• 5+ years in web strategy, digital experience, growth, or CRO.
• Proven ownership of initiatives from strategy to launch and iteration.
• Strong experience with CMS platforms and analytics.
• Hands-on with CMS, analytics, testing, and web production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the website experience strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of Paystand’s marketing website.
• Translate business priorities and customer insights into cohesive digital experiences that support marketing objectives.
• Own information architecture, navigation, user journeys, page hierarchy, and conversion paths.
• Lead major web initiatives including redesigns, new product experiences, conversion programs, and platform improvements.
• Ensure the website maintains a high bar for UX, accessibility, responsive design, brand consistency, and experience quality.
• Use AI and agentic workflows to improve the speed and quality of research, prototyping, production, analytics, QA, experimentation, and web operations.
