Penguin Ai is seeking a Growth Marketing Maestro in Mexico to own demand generation and the entire marketing engine. You will fix data in HubSpot, implement an ICP and MQL scoring model, and stand up reporting for named accounts.

• 5–8 years in B2B demand generation, growth, or marketing operations.
• Hands‑on HubSpot ownership; built/rebuilt an instance with workflows and reporting.
• Direct paid media management; ran Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong written English; creates ad copy, emails, and landing pages for US healthcare executives.
• Experience with learning a complex, regulated domain quickly (healthcare preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build tooling and automation to reduce headcount or reliance on vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Own marketing operations and martech stack; HubSpot as system of record.
• Lead paid media strategy for search, LinkedIn, retargeting, and ABM display.
• Develop attribution and pipeline reporting for a named‑account motion.
• Manage account‑based programs with sales coordination.
• Lane lifecycle and nurture campaigns; build workflows behind campaigns and content offers.
• Improve website conversion through forms, landing pages, testing, and onboarding.
• Oversee product-led funnel (Gwen) owner for signup, activation, expansion.
