Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca, Mexico seeks a Warranty Analysis Technician to join the Quality team. The role focuses on teardown analyses, testing, and root-cause determination of warranty claims, following documented procedures.

The ideal candidate is an engineering graduate with 3+ years of experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient with Windows-based software and hand tools for disassembly and testing.

Formación

• Engineering graduate with relevant technical training.
• 3+ years of experience in warranty analysis or automotive tech roles.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and documentation tools.
• Experience using hand tools, bench tools, machine tools and welding equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform teardown analyses and testing of warranty-returned components.
• Operate test equipment and follow written test procedures to evaluate functionality and performance.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and document findings in PRAS and related systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine corrective actions.
• Maintain organized work area and assist with special assignments as needed.
