Stellantis Financial Services in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a Powertrain Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the Quality team at the Toluca Parts Distribution Center. The role focuses on leading on-site quality reviews with suppliers, internal Powertrain manufacturing facilities, and SQ teams to identify warranty issues and drive corrective actions.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in automotive quality, service, engineering, manufacturing, or related areas.
Experience in Powertrain manufacturing, engineering, quality, or warranty analysis.
Working knowledge of Powertrain systems, components, and operations.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Self-directed team player with planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Passport for international travel.

Responsabilidades

Lead Powertrain warranty and reliability investigations through analysis of returned parts and warranty data.
Manage all returned material activities for the Powertrain area to support quality initiatives and Warranty Recovery.
Facilitate technical reviews with suppliers, manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and SQ organizations.
Identify emerging quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective action implementation and validation.
Review supplier testing and validation procedures to ensure accurate material evaluations.
Utilize corporate reporting systems to identify quality concerns, document issues, and verify corrective actions.
Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
Represent the Voice of the Customer by communicating field performance concerns to platform, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical and business projects simultaneously.
Support and mentor assigned technicians while managing day-to-day activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives and challenge teams to achieve higher quality standards.
