Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center seeks an Electrical Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the Quality team in Toluca, Mexico. You will lead warranty and reliability investigations, coordinate reviews with suppliers, SQ and engineering, and drive corrective actions to improve field performance and warranty recovery initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive quality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
Minimum five years of experience in automotive quality, service, engineering, manufacturing, or related areas.
Experience with electrical component manufacturing, engineering, quality, or warranty analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Self-directed team player with planning, organizational, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

Lead electrical component warranty and reliability investigations using returned parts and warranty data.
Manage all returned material activities for the Electrical area to support quality initiatives.
Facilitate technical reviews with suppliers, plants, engineering, and SQ groups.
Identify quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
Review supplier testing and validation procedures for accurate material evaluations.
Use corporate reporting systems to document issues and verify corrective actions.
Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements.
Represent Voice of the Customer by communicating field concerns to teams.
Plan and manage multiple technical and business projects.
Mentor technicians and manage day-to-day activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to all levels, including leadership.
Promote continuous improvement and challenge teams to higher quality standards.
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Influence across functions without direct authority.
Maintain customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality.
