Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center is seeking a Warranty Analysis Technician to perform teardown analyses and testing per established procedures. The role focuses on understanding component functionality to identify root causes of failures and requires cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, 3+ years of experience, English and Spanish proficiency, and certification such as TESDA NC II.

Formación

• Engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• English and Spanish proficiency.
• TESDA NC II Certification required; NC III preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and digital camera operation.
• Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience disassembling and analyzing automotive components.
• Ability to test electrical components and diagnose failures.
• Powertrain/drivetrain experience with transmissions, engines and related components.
• Ability to operate Hi-Lo/forklift.
• Passport required for international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, install, remove, disassemble, repair and evaluate components.
• Operate test equipment on warranty-returned parts per procedures.
• Document daily findings and root cause analysis in PRAS.
• Collaborate with suppliers and review corporate data systems.
• Maintain clean work area and support special assignments as needed.
