PPG in Minatitlán, Veracruz seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead operational staff and optimize resources to meet the delivery plan goals set by management.

You will report to the Warehouse Chief, train personnel, ensure KPI performance, manage resources across shifts, and analyze results to prepare weekly and monthly presentations.

Required: Industrial or Mechanical Engineer, or a Bachelor's in Business Administration, 3 years in warehouse management; intermediate Excel and intermediate English.

Formación

• Industrial or mechanical engineering background or business administration degree.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.

As a warehouse supervisor, you will ensure the achievement of the delivery plan goals established by management through the management of operational staff, optimizing the resources of the operation.

You will work reporting to the Warehouse Chief in our warehouse located in Minatitlán.

Key Responsibilities

• You will train operational staff following operational procedures.
• You will ensure compliance with performance indicators.
• You will promote a work culture established by our company.
• You will manage, control, and guarantee all operational resources according to the area's demand across different shifts.
• You will analyze results data, reports, and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
• You will manage personnel

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 3 years in warehouse management
• Office skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• English: intermediate
