PPG Industries in Querétaro is seeking a Project Analyst to analyze budgets for new projects across our coating services plants nationwide and identify implementation challenges. You will work at the Querétaro plant reporting to the plant manager.

You will review customer project information, calculate paintable surface areas for quotations, create quotations in our internal system, and support the Sales Manager with customer service by phone and email, welcoming visitors during plant visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering completed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions supporting the Sales department, including customer prospecting, sales analysis, and related commercial activities.
• Office skills: PowerPoint and Excel intermediate.
• Knowledge of mechanical and industrial drawing, and mathematical and trig calculations.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to conduct business conversations and prepare professional written communications.

Responsabilidades

• Review project information submitted by customers and calculate the paintable surface areas of parts to prepare accurate quotations.
• Create quotations in the internal system, ensuring proper recording, control, and tracking of all related information.
• Support the Sales Manager by providing customer service and follow-up by telephone and email, and welcoming and assisting customers during plant visits.
• Communicate with customers and act as liaison between production personnel and customers to ensure follow-up on project requirements and activities.
• Control and maintain records of issued quotations and keep customer information up to date, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of commercial records.

• You will control and maintain records of issued quotations and keep customer information up to date, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of commercial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering completed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions supporting the Sales department, including customer prospecting, sales analysis, and related commercial activities.
