PPG is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations and ensure the delivery plan is met by optimizing resources. The role is onsite in Iztacalco, Estado de Mexico, reporting to the Warehouse Chief.

You will train staff, monitor KPIs, manage resources across shifts, and analyze data to prepare weekly and monthly presentations. Intermediate English is required for coordination with teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Train operational staff following procedures and standards.
• Ensure compliance with performance indicators and delivery plans.
• Promote and uphold company culture on site.
• Manage, control, and allocate resources across shifts to meet demand.
• Analyze results data, prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
• Oversee personnel management and workforce efficiency.
