PPG in Minatitlán, Veracruz seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead operational staff and optimize resources to meet the delivery plan goals set by management.

You will report to the Warehouse Chief, train personnel, ensure KPI performance, manage resources across shifts, and analyze results to prepare weekly and monthly presentations.

Required: Industrial or Mechanical Engineer, or a Bachelor's in Business Administration, 3 years in warehouse management; intermediate Excel and intermediate English.

Formación

• Industrial or mechanical engineering background or business administration degree.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) required.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Train operational staff following procedures.
• Ensure compliance with performance indicators.
• Promote a work culture established by the company.
• Manage resources across shifts according to area demand.
• Analyze results and prepare weekly and monthly presentations.
• Manage personnel.
